This branding project for Clinique focused on reinvigorating one of the most successful skincare brands in history. When Clinique first launched decades ago, it revolutionized the beauty industry with its clean, clinical approach to skincare. But over time, the brand’s look and message had remained largely unchanged. 

Clinique Brand Strategy

The challenge was how to rediscover and re-express the very qualities that made Clinique iconic in the first place and use them to spark new relevance. The solution was to have Clinique claim the world of skin as its own, not only as an authority on skin, but as its voice, championing the science, care, and confidence that healthy skin represents.
